FULLY BOOKED! We serve a fixed gastronomic menu for all our guests at Christmas. This is offered at 97 euros (six courses), excluding drinks. On Wednesday December 25th, a five-course menu is also available for lunch (87 euros). The menu itself has yet to be decided, as the chef is waiting to see which products are interesting on the markets. This way, he can always serve our guests a nice menu with beautiful products. Our guests usually trust these choices blindly. If there is something that you do not like, we will be happy to make an adjustment. We would like to know this in advance. FULLY BOOKED! Restaurant Guillaume is once again opting for a total package this year: a six-course dinner with luxurious top products and a drinks package (sparkling aperitif, matching wines, water, coffee, Champagne at midnight). Afterwards, you can enjoy music and dance. Drinks afterwards are included until 3 am (excluding spirits). This formula is offered at 200 euros per person. This way, you as a guest know exactly how much you will pay in advance and there are no unpleasant surprises.
